Australia cannot have cheaper groceries if it keeps making transport more expensive. Diesel powers the tractors, harvesters and trucks that move food from paddock to processor, warehouse and supermarket shelf. Net-zero pressure on fuel, higher taxes and rising freight costs all add to the final price families pay. When transport costs go up, grocery prices follow.

Welcome to Country is racist. It hurts Indigenous Australians by fostering within them a sense of entitlement and superiority that isn’t due. It hurts non-Indigenous Australians by perpetuating a sense of guilt they don’t deserve and of visitor status in the only country they’ve ever known. It hurts the whole country by turning citizenship - which ought to unite Australians regardless of ancestry - into an endless conversation about bloodlines.

#BREAKING Channel 9 just admitted they’re the propaganda arm for Albanese and mass immigration. Anonymous senior Nine reporters were “really angry” with “huge disquiet” over Karl Stefanovic platforming anti immigration guests on his podcast. They even called Pauline Hanson an extremist and said he shouldn’t have given her a voice. Karl interviewed Tommy Robinson, gave him airtime and showed respect. Nine panicked, told him “you’ve gone too far”, and booted him from the Today show after 21 years. What happened to free speech? To putting different opinions out there and letting the public make up their own mind? Nine staff are seething about “two sets of rules” because Karl’s mates with the old CEO. The real issue? They want to silence anyone who speaks out against open borders and its consequences under Labor. Fiona Dear waffles about “protecting freedom of speech” while protecting the “Nine brand built on trust” Translation: toe the government line or you’re gone. One sponsor gets it - Ringers Western: “freedom of speech is essential to any free and fair democracy” and they’re standing by Karl. Channel 9 has shown their hand. They’re not journalists - they’re enforcers for the Albanese Government.

Independent MP, Dai Lee has rattled Albanese in Question Time. She asked the Prime Minister to provide assurance that no government MP or their close relations used prior, market-sensitive knowledge of the government’s capital gains tax and negative gearing changes for "private financial benefit". Albanese stood up, with his usual hate ridden face and said "this isn't a local council, this is serious government" a jab at Dai, as she was a former councillor. Dai raised a point of order, and asked Albanese to be direct. Albanese refused to answer. Clearly Dai has hit a raw nerve. Well done Dai.
