@10DowningStreet I’m all for a wage rise, the cost of living is too high but they also need to raise the wages of those in senior/management positions in social care especially as the pay gap is closing between care workers and managers that have ridiculous amounts of responsibility.

This government is putting more money in your pocket with a pay rise from April for millions of working people. That is our Plan for Change in action.

@virginmedia I need to speak to someone. I can’t log in, I can’t get anywhere via phone, I can’t get past the bot on live chat. Worst customer service ever. I need to speak to someone now!!! Ridiculous

@kat1esc0tt Does the same thing happens when you sign in on the app as when you sign in on the web browser? Have you tried logging in on a different device to see if this helps? ^PZ

@virginmedia Hi, I have an o2 priority account via my virgin media account but every time to try and go on the website or app and log in, as it’s waiting to log in it glitches and goes randomly back to the home page. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it etc. help!
