@StubHub I purchased tickets after clicking a StubHub ad that explicitly said “Charli XCX LIVE in Brooklyn.”
The event page was titled “Charli XCX” with no indication it was a dance party.
Only after purchase did I learn Charli XCX is not performing.
Stubhub Chat contradicted theirselves by saying “Charli XCX is still scheduled to perform and then later saying “The event was indicated as a dance party.
After my complaint, StubHub quietly changed the event name to “Charli XCX Dance Party.”
I have screenshots of the ad, original listing, name change, and chat transcripts. This is misleading advertising. Please resolve.
Only after purchase did I learn Charli XCX is not performing. When I contacted support, I was denied a refund — despite a rep initially saying she was scheduled to perform, then later contradicting herself.
