Today is @kateWGAL’s last day at WGAL. Fun fact, Kate was the first person I spoke to about WGAL prior to coming here. She has been a light in our newsroom, a great storyteller, and an amazing friend. Please help me wish her the best of luck!!!

It’s a bittersweet day! Today is @kateWGAL last day at WGAL. She’s a wonderful friend and co-worker. Please join me in wishing her well in whatever her future holds! I got her a cutting board shaped like PA to remember her time here and we signed the back so she’ll remember us!

Big announcement: Today is my last day at WGAL. I have wanted to work at WGAL since interning in 2018 and am honored to have had the chance. I am so grateful to have learned from some of the most talent journalists. Thank you to all of you for trusting me with your stories.

The Sheetz on Dillerville Road in Lancaster County is starting to get busy! The chain is offering gas for $1.776 today in honor of Independence Day! I have a rewards card and Sheetz credit card, so I got it for $1.696 a gallon! 🤩

@WGAL #NEW from York City Fire Chief - 16 people displaced and helped by Red Cross - fire started in the rear of 718 and extended to two other homes - cause is under investigation - they are looking at the first floor - it took about 20 minutes to get out - no challenges for crews

I just spoke with the assistant chief: - one minor firefighter injury, taken to hospital - no one was home - confident of cause but waiting for investigation - students have stayed here in the past but says it is not currently rented/owned by college -privately owned
