Much as I support the need to treat domestic abuse seriously and endorse the need to ensure victims of abuse are not discouraged, I just can’t support this. Might as well permit anyone to just declare abuse and forego any pretence of a fair trial.

@olithorne77 @CharleyBaker1 They are a (slight) inprovement on earphones, but for me don’t significantly reduce the risk. Anything reducing your awareness by any degree is best avoided when running in my view. Maybe one day I won’t also need to add ‘particularly as a lone female’. But for now…

@CharleyBaker1 Have you tried the headphones that conduct through the jaw (sounds mad doesn’t it!) so that you don’t loose awareness?

Its after 10.30pm. I have just taken my manflu off to bed with a mug of lemsip/swig of night nurse. And some f***er has just started a lawnmower outside!! What os wrong with people? Is drunken lawnmowing now a thing?! #sendhelp #forthemnotme
