@FlyAirNZ lost my bag 6 days ago on Christmas Day, their customer service has been appalling in that I've received no communication other than a text with a tracking code that hasn't been updated. Anyone any experience dealing with them before?

Have started masking up again, big c19 spike happening and I can’t afford a reinfection, and depressingly I feel really antisocial wearing it, I think folks either think you’re rude or weird. Such a shame masks weren’t normalised like they are in Asian countries 😓
