But the fact that no non-white person has ever been on the S.C to me says we have a ways to go in ensuring people from all ethnic backgrounds have equal opportunities. Also, we need Indigenous judges to represent legal traditions that predate European contact.

Supreme Court is there to hold the Charter for everyone, not for a culture, or a race. Playing identity politics is disingenuous, and a dangerous proposition
