@xiaowang1984 @taitdl Lol, there isn't a single "rate structure" for TVA. Rates are set by 153 local utilities, none of them are 6-7c/kWh. My bills from Knoxville Utilities Board are 12.4 + $21/mon fixed fee kub.org/bills-payments…. Don't come on my twitter with misinformation.
