A week and a half post op todayyyy 🤗

It’s so frustrating to feel like something’s wrong & some medical professionals “don’t know where to look.” I was told for years I’m young & healthy just to finally find a doctor who took me seriously, did the correct blood tests & found a malignant tumor on my thyroid that spread to 9 lymph nodes over those years😭 glad you’re getting treatment, & hope you’re feeling better. it’s rly freeing to have answers about your own body🤞🏼

i had a chronic health issue that landed me at multiple different doctors over the course of 18 months. i got a blood test of my own accord (none of the doctors even mentioned this) that told me exactly what was wrong, and i was able to fix 90% of the issue in less than a week. I think I'll be able to make a full recovery.

deleting later but my hot take of the day is that you can be there for your friends without expecting anything in return but you can also be sad when they dont show up for you
