@vueling You are the only one who responds at all. We weren’t given a PIR number. The numbers I call only offer voice prompts and the system is not able to respond to my voice responses. It’s ridiculous.

@vueling You don’t seem to understand that we do not have a PIR number. We were not given that at Los Angeles international airport when someone took down the information. We need someone to look up the information from the bag tag. I cannot get any help when I call.

@vueling I called the number given and hit the appropriate prompts. When asked what happened to the luggage I said lost and the voice system didn’t understand and disconnected me after several tries.

@meehikabarua @vueling I was told to call the number between certain hours, which I did, for personalized service, which I did. Nothing personalized. It’s horrible. Where’s our bag?? Stolen? Sold? Trashed? How is this so hard? We also weren’t given a PIR #.

@vueling @kathleenacker Vueling lost my bag too while coming from Florence to London. Every time I call them they ask for some pir and we never received any pir code when we filled forms. They said we will get it on email/text but it's been 48 hours now and nothing. Is it the same with you?

They also denied many people on our flights from Florence to Sicily yesterday. They lost almost all passengers luggages to Sicily. They still could not find luggages today after more than 24 hrs. What a show🙃. @vueling @AnkurCh89959317 @kathleenacker

@vueling We are at Florence airport to board our flight to Amsterdam VY6814. The flight has 125 seats and denied boarding for 25 passengers including 6 of us. We have to attend a ceremony in amsterdam and it's really critical . Pnr : QHHK9Q
