@CheeseHawk23 @ScottPresler @BarackObama Virginia Democrats are attempting to bypass the bipartisan commission established in 2020 by using a special election on April 21, 2026 to pass a constitutional amendment. Let it go to the Supreme Court. This has to stop. I believe it's a way of cheating.

I did look it up. The 2/19 temp injunction was stayed by the VA Supreme Court in early Mar, so the 4/21 vote is live and proceeding. This amendment is on the ballot for the first time. It hasn't been 'voted against over and over.' The underlying legal issues will be decided after the election.
