A5: We are a private school and 1:1 but that doesn't mean there aren't equity issues of various types. Our food service provider - Country House catering - had been providing lunches for Ss & elderly who need help at this time. #AppleEDUchat

A2: I hate to be repetitive, but yesterday had a 1-to-1 video call with a student like this + it was wonderful! so uplifting + helped support her get back on the right track. Connect + reach out individually in any way you can. Let them know you are there for them #AppleEDUchat

@HaleyTu15656423 Totally agree! We screencast every one of our lessons, takes a lot of time, but the students appreciate it and are grateful for the explanations (especially in Science!) #appleEDUchat

A4: I think that pre-recording lessons allows students to work when they have the time. I also believe #Nearpod is a good resource, it allows educators to check for participation as well! @appleEDUchat

@StirpeCon #AppleEDUchat We are posting their work over the weekend/Monday and then it's not due until Friday. They have several opportunities to engage with the teacher but are not required to do so.
