Getting my UEFA B was a good achievement, but I thought that it made me a good coach. Realistically, whether you're L1 or UEFA A, what counts is how much effort you put in and how much you care, not what's on a certificate. Badges don't define you or make you a good coach.

the money going into tier 6/7 is making it laughable. invest in the facilities. the pitch, the quality of kit. not players. it should be fun. not have a price tag.. all eventually fake promises.
