I propose a motion for debates where "open discussion" is replaced with timed segments, timed rebuttals, and so on. Mics for non-speakers should be CUT. This heckling is a disaster and informs no one.

We need a plan. Both candidates spent the entirety of the question “why should Black voters trust you” attacking the other. We need to show up for our fellow people better than this.
