@PRESTOcard my presto card is blocked. How do I fix this? There are funds on it, and I even added more but says blocked when tapping on bus. I’m on hold on the phone but it says 57min. Is this correct? That long?

@OC_Transpo route 275 on a “timed stop” at fallowfield at 4:53. Like please we want to get home. No need for this at the end of a route and no other bus showing up. Take a win when you can oc and please stop this!

@OC_TranspoHelps I really wish sometimes there would be thought when buses are literally a second behind to wait for those that might need the Cambrian bus. I know one is late. But it’s be nice for them to wait for passengers going to HMB. Another 29 min wait

@OC_TranspoHelps also please fix your 9!! Many people rely on this including my daughter to get to school. After an already hour bus ride she has been waiting forever. Cancelled again. Stop full of people. Late again for school. Please fix! Been horrible since the change

@OC_TranspoHelps 279 at 8:40 just drove past people waiting at Barrhaven centre stop while they waved at him. Bus behind tried honking but that didn’t work.

@OC_TranspoHelps 279 just sitting here at fallowfield for 5 min. Like no one is getting on for manotick at this point based on “scheduled time” just get us home. The one thing you could do to make us happy. Please have them stop this. Being ahead of schedule is a good thing!!

@OC_Transpo @OC_TranspoHelps pleasssee look at route 9!!!! Ever since the change last spring this route has been awful! Always late or cancelled. My daughter needs it for school and has to leave home over 2 hrs to make it for 9. Please look at times or add buses during rush hour!

@OC_TranspoHelps on top of all the problems the last few weeks (like the 75 Cambrian never showing at pm rush hour) please look at route 9!!! Always cancelled and the route is way worse! There isn’t enough for rush hour. My daughter is always late for school now. Already 2hr ride

@OC_TranspoHelps Bus 6499 75 Cambrian. Went to Greenbank and then down iris. Not the biggest deal but feel for people missing a stop!

@OC_TranspoHelps Also this bus is LATE by 10-15 MIN every single day! If you want riders on the bus you need to make it better times. Like start 20 min earlier every hour

@OC_TranspoHelps bus 4769 route 279 passed the 75 at fallowfield. Stopped. But don’t wait for people transferring. You can’t tell me he didn’t see me running. Like can these drivers get some common courtesy and thinking?
