@easyJet But that’s impossible as it’s for a hen party of 8, so using the voucher separately for our exact amount would never work ? Surely if it’s for the some amount and you have all our names on the tickets it shouldn’t be an issue ?

@KatieBrightman Hi there, the voucher cannot be split one voucher is issued for the whole booking but you can book separately you do not have to book same flights again the voucher can be used on more than occasion. Thanks, Lumka.

@easyJet is it possible to split a voucher up as our original booking was for 7 people for a hen do, and one voucher doesn’t work ?

@easyJet My flights have been cancelled, as we rebooked with a voucher from last years cancelled holiday you will not issue a refund and only a voucher, this was a hen do booked for 8 and one large voucher is not good enough why can’t we be refunded, can we split the voucher ?

@stuartclarkson @SimonCalder @MartinSLewis @justinbones @seanfarrington No worries. In the case of ADR, it's a pretty slow process (and requires a bit of effort with documents) but it is free and the decision is binding on the airline.

I wonder how many other people like me last March were bullied by airlines into taking a flight voucher, rebooked with voucher for this year and now can’t get their actual money back? One for @SimonCalder @MartinSLewis @justinbones @seanfarrington ?
