@djopa9 @MartinSLewis I definitely remember being told it was interest free too. It absolutely is not.

Just to say I've never argued it should be called a tax. I've always said it should call it a graduate contribution system as they do in other countries (that wasn't included in the limited quotes put down). The point I was making is it works more like a tax than a debt especially under the changes for new starters, but no it isn't a tax and shouldn't be called one.

@SnarkyFartBlast Yeah, I'm actually doing a lot better than I was! Have one video completely finished, and good part of the way done with another. Definitely went through a few rough patches mentally, but I'm climbing out!
