@ASOS no sign of a reply via email, live chat nor Twitter. What’s a number/email address I can use to conduct a formal complaint to? I have bad credit rating and debt collectors haunting me now due to a fault of ASOS.

@ASOS can’t believe I’ve actually had to make a Twitter acc to attempt yet again to get help with a complaint... customer care live chat has been offline and no one has replied to my emails. I have a debt collecting agency on my back because of ASOS.
