@andrewellson They allow you to order the goods (I paid for 3-5 days delivery), take your money and then do not deliver the goods for months. They do not reply to messages asking for refunds.They have closed all their social media messaging/no phone lines.

@andrewellson there are many unhappy 'customers' on Trust Pilot who have basically like me been scammed. Cool snow/surf also tried to post false reviews on Trust Pilot. I'm disappointed that the Saturday Times Magazine journalist didnt do their research better....

@andrewellson Are you the Saturday Times correspondent for consumer affairs too? I bought a paddleboard from a company called Cool Surf or Cool Snow recommended in the Saturday Times top 5 back in June. I and many other customers have not received our paddleboards. See Trust Pilo

@andrewellson I wish the Saturday Times had checked their horrific reputation before recommending them in the magazine. The way the company operates amounts to theft. Also no clear indication that they are coming from Denmark until they've taken your money.
