@YorkUniversity has requested a "no board" report from the Ministry of Labour in its bargaining with the faculty union (@YUFAyorku). A no board report starts the countdown towards a legal lockout/strike date. York is in a rush to get to that date.

@HiringLib Yes, 24 hours in advance though I’d love to extend it to 72 hours incase there’s eventuating circumstances (sick child, personal responsibilities in the evening, etc.). Evaluated the same. Helps candidates as nervousness and anxiety that might cause them to blank on questions.
