The reason we've been a bit quiet this year.... 🩵 Jak Norman Wilson 🩵 entered the world and our hearts on 28th July 2024.

Well, thats it.. my trusty @ghd hair brush has now died.. 24 years later. Seen better days a LONG time ago, but was the only brush I was able to hold comfortably.. RIP... sad day 😞

Back from hospital and that's round 2 done 🤞 Home with chemo tablets and self administering (me) injections, anti sickness and steroid tablets again. He's gonna be rattling soon 🥴

@katwilson04 He was really miffed at losing his mop. Thought he'd skipped it, but no. The only time he was sick was exorcist like before diagnosed, when we thought it was kidney disease.

@YounyLinda I thought exactly the same. It hit me hard when I walked in there. She did loose her hair yes, not so much the sickness, I think she only ever was sick a couple times in total

@katwilson04 It is. You think you're the only one going through this until you walk in there. Young and old. Did your mil lose her hair or/and been sick? His fell out after almost 4 weeks. Never been sick though TG 🤢 I'd be cowking.

@YounyLinda I sadly can believe that, its horrible to see everyone sitting there.

@katwilson04 Yes they're next door to each other. Nurse told him they deal with 80 chemo patients a day 😰

@YounyLinda Yes quite a long ward from what i remember, the last time I took her in

@katwilson04 Yes 310 is upstairs in the orange zone. There's 2 wards of recliners 👍🏻

@YounyLinda She goes between 3 wards, usually she's in 310, but it depends how busy they are each day. Ok so need bloods to be better between now and then

@katwilson04 Aaawww up in the Anchor unit? ❤️ He's on 3 weekly cycle too but only for 4 cycles though. That was number 2. Back through to Aberdeen next month for meeting. Bloods aren't too good.

Our security cameras caught this young girl staggering drunk, wailing and crying on our property around 1.30 am this morning. There's more footage but this is a rear one. Hopefully she got home safely and didn't come to any harm. Where were her friends to look out for her?
