Суд обрав запобіжний захід — заставу в 30 мільйонів гривень, яку вніс бізнесмен Едуард Мкртчан, чиї компанії беруть участь у державних закупівлях. Паралельно критикується бездіяльність АМКУ у справі "Моршинської", через яку держава не отримує доходи від арештованого активу російського олігарха і купа всього іншого. Попри розслідування, Кириленко продовжує очолювати Антимонопольний комітет України.

Вітаю рішення Президента України внести до Парламенту законопроєкт щодо ратифікації Римського статуту Міжнародного кримінального суду. Офіс Генерального прокурора та я особисто завжди підтримували та продовжуємо підтримувати цю ініціативу. Ратифікація Римського статуту не лише необхідна умова для інтеграції України до Європейського Союзу. Це також чіткий сигнал, що Україна розділяє принципи міжнародного порядку, заснованого на законах і правилах, і повною мірою готова діяти згідно з цими принципами. Ми вже робимо багато з того, що передбачає Римський статут. В Україні створено всі умови для того, щоб МКС міг здійснювати свої ефективні та неупереджені розслідування. Ухвалено відповідні зміни до законодавства. Українські прокурори на щоденній основі співпрацюють з Офісом Прокурора Міжнародного кримінального суду, надають усі необхідні матеріали та сприяють у збиранні доказів. В Україні діє польовий офіс МКС — найбільший за межами Гааги. Ратифікація Римського статуту лише посилить цю співпрацю. Повноцінне приєднання України до учасників Міжнародного кримінального суду також надасть нам додаткові можливості використовувати інструменти МКС, зокрема, для підтримки постраждалих від злочинів, вчинених під час російської агресії. @GP_Ukraine зі свого боку готовий і надалі забезпечувати максимальне сприяння роботі Міжнародного кримінального суду та відкритий до співпраці з міжнародними партнерами.

The child in the video is a 2-year-old Mykyta, a victim of russia’s attack on Ohmatdyt Children's Hospital. He is also the kid in the photo taken right after the attack. Mykyta is suffering with Lyell syndrome (toxic epidermal necrolysis), a severe skin condition, and because of russian terrorism he and nearly 100 other children have been forced to relocate to another hospital for treatment. Mykyta, an innocent child who has already endured so much, deserved none of this. He and his family were in the hospital when the russian rocket struck. Though injured, they survived, but tragically russia took the lives of 4 other children within seconds that day, injured eight more, and caused immeasurable trauma for hundreds of families. Russians have taken the lives that had barely begun.

Today russia hit "Ohmatdyt" children’s hospital with a rocket. The National Children's Specialized Hospital "Ohmatdyt" is the largest children's hospital in Ukraine, where more than 20,000 children from all over the country are treated every year.

A series of video recordings from cameras inside the Ukrainian home improving store, at the moment of russia’s strike. Lots of civilian people walking around the store on the weekday. This is a recording from a home improvement hypermarket in Kharkiv during a Russian air strike on Saturday afternoon. At least 14 people were killed. The bodies of 7 people are still being searched for.
