@KenHanscom @LA28 oh, 10000% i get the demand-my career is live events. it's just a bummer for people to have this experience when we have the infrastructure/tech to test things like load balancing, server space, web traffic i was able to register after the 4th go around so, i'll take the win!!!

@katycoops_ @LA28 This is not first come, first serve. There will be some selection process that includes some geographical based decisions (for locals). However, there is massive interest in @LA28 beyond what any event has seen, ever.

If you have any doubts that the LA28 will be one of the most in demand events of our time, look no further where the registration (yes, the registration) for the first ticket draw has a massive line in the waiting room to register.

@katycoops_ @LA28 Yes, this is disappointing. There are some reports of people having success after a couple of tries. The good news is the registration is open through mid-March so you can come back once the @LA28 site issues are resolved and have plenty of time to still enter.

just wondering if @la28 will get it together ahead of their next ticket draw - sent from a girl who has made it to the end of the queue 4 times just to get booted back to the start and also ends up on a blank white landing page every time she tries to access her account

@KenHanscom @LA28 even the sign up for account / verification code page at la28id.la28.org is glitching. request verification codes multiple times, input and get sent to a blank white page. what is going on and why can't load balancing ever be figured out

@LA28 Waiting room now appears to be over an hour to get in and register, there are reports of some people having success after 2 or 3 recycles in the waiting room.
