As part of my team’s coping strategy during wave 1 of #Covid19UK we all wrote a positive comment about each other. I saved my envelope of positivity, knowing I would need it one day. Wet Saturday in October, in the midst of Wave 2 is that day. I have been blown away by this.

End of week 3 at @uhbwNHS and so impressed with the level of training and mentoring offered for Quality Improvement work. Looking forward to getting involved with Weston projects in the future #QI @QI_Transform

Interesting, single-centre study (n=300; av age 82, 71% falls). #ClinicalFrailtyScale predicted several important outcomes (eg delirium, complications, ICU admission). Other items make sense (eg worse with TBI). Next step is seeing what can be done to mitigate these risks.
