@The_XMen_1..... The real failure is not the dogs, —it is the failure of @MCD_Delhi @OfficialGNIDA to properly implement the ABC (Animal Birth Control) and vaccination programs despite spending public funds.
Community dogs are not criminals. They are living beings who have adapted to their territories and communities. Street dogs and community dogs are the same animals. Removing them from their familiar area is not a solution; it is often cruel and illegal. Many suffer from starvation, dehydration, disease, attacks by other dogs, or death when displaced.
If sterilization targets were achieved properly and vaccination programs were implemented consistently, conflicts would reduce significantly. Instead of blaming dogs for administrative failures and corruption, accountability should be demanded from the authorities responsible for animal birth control, waste management, and public health.
Dogs should not be punished for human negligence. The answer is effective ABC, vaccination, responsible waste management, and enforcement of animal welfare laws—not cruelty, displacement, or collective punishment of innocent animals.
Many media reports on community dogs focus only on fear and isolated incidents while ignoring the real issues: poor implementation of ABC programs, low sterilization coverage, inadequate vaccination, and failures in waste management.
Instead of sensationalism and selective reporting, citizens deserve evidence-based journalism and transparency from authorities. Public policy should be guided by science, law, and compassion—not by fear-driven narratives.
If there are allegations of corruption, misuse of funds, or illegal actions against community dogs, they should be independently investigated and all records should be made public.
The growing hostility against community dogs is having dangerous consequences. Across many areas, innocent dogs are being beaten, poisoned, displaced, injured, and killed because fear and misinformation are being normalized.
Every act of cruelty against an animal is a failure of humanity. Community dogs are living beings who feel pain, fear, hunger, and suffering just like any other creature. They cannot be made scapegoats for failures in sterilization, vaccination, waste management, or governance.
Public safety is important, but violence against animals is neither a legal nor effective solution. A compassionate society protects both people and animals. Promoting hatred, encouraging cruelty, or treating the lives of animals as worthless is not humanity—it is the loss of it.
Demand accountability from authorities. Demand proper ABC implementation, vaccination, and scientific solutions. But do not punish innocent animals for human failures.
Cruelty is not compassion. Violence is not a solution. Humanity must extend to all living beings.
