@DrFrankLipman Tahat is an obvious fact and most of us know it. The problem really is how to have consistent, high quality sleep without drugs or long term aids like meditation etc. We need, esp seniors, a tool/natural supplement that helps in having good sleep every day.

A well-rested body is one thing, but a well-rested brain, that’s the gold standard when it comes to slowing brain aging. I simply cannot overstate the importance of consistent, high-quality sleep for healthy cognitive function, particularly over the long haul.

Do you support packs of street dogs becoming a threat to children and people? Yes people are compassionate but do other societies around the world allow street dogs to freely wander, gather in packs etc? There is a real problem of safety of people, fear of attacks which need to be addressed.
