@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares first made us wait for 15 mins and then comes on call and says not my job to do. Atleast have the courtsey to come outside the cabin and meet the customer and inform them polietley about the same.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares had the worst experience with your employee Mr Dharmesh Joshi at Vapi, Sonorous Building 4th Floor. pathetic attitude towards customer. strict action needs to be taken. Such employees are tarnishing the image of the bank.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares he said wherever u are sent from its not my job go to other branch. I myself hold Imperia account with the bank so does the customer whose KYC has to be done. Such poor attitude and no respect for the customer. Hope strict action is taken.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares Security informs me that he would like to speak to me on call and i spoke to him and he said that its not my job to collect customer address change form u can go to any other branch and hand it over there. I clearly told him i was sent from 1st floor.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares waited for 10-15 mins and as Dharmesh Joshi dint turn up i informed the security please call him and inform him that i only have to hand over the address change form. Security redialled his number from inhouse phone at the office

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares to change the address a form was given and was duly signed and was told that i need to submit it on the 4th floor and hand it over to Dharmesh Joshi. As there is id required at the entrance the security informed Dharmesh Joshi that a customer is waiting

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares on the first floor the kyc documents were re collected this is the 6th time its happening and then there was a diffremce in address on the adhar card and on the record with HDFC secruities.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares i visited the HDFC securities office with my relative as she is old in age there is a KYC issue with her dmat account which the employees are not able to solve since past 6 months.
