BOBcard is fraud. I applied for Eterna credit card of Mastercard variant but instead of that I received some other random card Peasy. This is not acceptable. I want to return it. @bobcardofficial @RBI @bankofbaroda

@bobcardofficial @bobcardofficial @bankofbaroda your social media managers only give this standard reply, and are of no real help, neither your email crm , i applied for card closure, due to incorrect card, i think this is a blessing in disguise, that I have decided to close the card.

@bobcardofficial Help!! Applied for BOB Eterna Visa Card under LTF scheme. Whole process completed and Card approved and delivered. When I opened the Envelope - It is BOB Easy Rupay Select Card.

@bobcardofficial @bobcardofficial will have no option but to close the wrong card, as no customer care has responded for the complaint ,escalations@bobfinancial.com;crm@bobcard.co.in none of the complaints to your facebook message handles etc etc has yielded any results, very poor response.
