My guess is her and Rena were testing something with real her and the illusion but cat noir happened to see it so they come up with excuse?

Does Marinette not realize by purposely getting akumatized it’s not that easy to trick or throw the butterfly holder off? Usually akumatized villains don’t have much control so it should be interesting how it plays out. #MLBS6Spoilers #mlbtwt

@Cheddar_ito But when people get akumatized they don’t have much control over themselves. The butterfly holder does so at first she might do what she has to do as part of the plan, but then I think she could be more mean because Lila might take over…🤔
