An excerpt from my contribution in the #Seanad on Monday afternoon on the topic of Water Quality in Dún Laoghaire harbour and the wider Dublin Bay area. It’s bad for swimming, bad for turn ecology, the marine life and the fish and shellfish we eat from the Bay.
