It turns out communication is key. I was finally able to contact this person. While the net behavior was not cool, the underlying cause was reasonable. Reasonable enough for me to be reasonable about it. The invoice has been canceled.

I have on single person who has an outstanding invoice and is not getting back in touch. If my memory serves me correct this person has been to Do iOS. What should I do if this person keeps refusing to pay what is due?
