@thurlowot I know it sounds corny but you could enlist a couple of colleagues/ mates and do a dummy run / role play. It’s fun and throws up all sorts of solutions. Just try it !

Does anyone have any thoughts on feeling confident for interviews for band 5 positions? I feel like I don’t have the experience I need. Even though I’m willing to learn I worry I’ll feel overwhelmed or not have the support I need in those first few weeks and months. TIA 😊
