Our campaign has officially hit the required number of signatures to qualify as a candidate for the Maine Democratic Nominating Convention! Our team gathered 800+ signatures from Mainers in just a few days, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support we’ve received across the state. Let’s go!
My first reaction to seeing this woman was “is she even from Maine? She looks like she’s from Florida…” Turns out I was right!
Maine, I'm running for the United States Senate to fight for Medicare for All. To build an economy that works for everyone, not just billionaires and big corporations. And to defend reproductive rights, full stop. Susan Collins has had her chance. Decades of siding with the privileged few while working people get squeezed. Time's up. I've shown up for Mainers before — through the toughest days of a pandemic, when it mattered most. I'm ready to do it again. This fight is for everyday Mainers. Let's go win it.

Now seems like a good time to re-up this reel from earlier this year. Dr. Shah led the state through one of our darkest moments and built a level of trust and connection with Mainers that is palpable when they meet him and unparalleled with anyone else in this race.
Here in Maine, for the duration of the pandemic, we saw a fearless and humble leader tell us clearly what was going on, what he and his department were doing, and what we needed to do. He saved lives here.
