But, Bayelsa State that is more endowed with crude oil far more than Ondo State, & has access to d Atlantic Ocean as Ondo State, doesn't have d potential? D 🔑 word is POTENTIAL

@JAdeliyi @Pathfinder077 I was born & bred in Delta State. I have been there b4. I no longer live in d Niger-Delta. Like Bayelsa, in d other States mentioned, there are a lot of things that still need to be done b4 they can compete with Lagos. That is why d 🔑 word in @Pathfinder tweet is POTENTIAL.

@Midatlblog I have said it to a lot of folks around me a couple of times that a lot of d houses being built here on d island both for sale & rentals will remain empty, unless something changes going forward. Because a lot of them are beyond d financial capacity of most people living in Lagos

Lagos real estate is growing at an exponential rate agreed, but most people won’t be able to afford it. I’m wondering if affordable housing is really possible in Lagos, given the huge demand. Some houses are already starting at around 7 million naira. How many people can actually afford that? @_sanniolumide @sa_invincible What I think Ogun State is missing now, is an intentional policy by d State govt, irrespective of who/party that is in power, to focus on massively building infrastructure in Ifo, Sagamu, Ikenne, Owode Obafemi, Remo North LGAs, & d Ijebu Ode that that shares borders with Lagos

As a lover of education, & an educated society, for me, gov. Sanwo-Olu providing this to help build a strong foundational education, is huge & very much worthy of commendation. Meanwhile, why are the gov's people not promoting this? @Mr_JAGs, @osazenoo, @akinwale_cfi.

@TaoFeek182 D gov's lodge is just b4 this junction. Branch 2 ur left, & u are going 2 d gov's office. D Akure city mall, housing Shoprite is just by this junction. Branch to ur right is Oda Road. If u go straight ahead from this junction, u are heading 2 d Dome, NPC, Custom & Immigration.

@cent_haysmall I thought this road was being dualized, not reconstructed & expanded in width, due 2 d cargo airport & other factories springing up along d road. Making it a dual carriageway will massively improve d aesthetics of d road & d area. Kudos to DA, but, dualization would be better

@vangalee37 @osubor_david @Alkaneseries I lived in Ibadan in d mid 2000s. I have been visiting d city since then. I was in Ibadan December, 2025. Iwo Road, Ojo, Mokola, for example, are still littered with heaps of refuse on d roads. So, its reputation of being a dirty city still lingers. D govt needs to do better

If d Oyo State govt, irrespective of who/party is in power, & d Ibadan elites, really mean to develop d Oke-Ogun & Oyo/Ogbomoso axis into another economic hub 4 d State, aside from Ibadan, they can just make it a deliberate policy focus to improve those areas within 10 years.

@osubor_david @Alkaneseries That is good. The government should try to put sustainability measures in place to maintain that momentum. Ibadan for far too long has had this bad reputation of a dirty city. And, such a reputation is not proper for Ibadan, being the political capital of the Yoruba land.
