@QueenAshekat I served in the military with someone who was suicidal, so they assigned the person a buddy 24/7 to babysit them and also took all their boot laces...way to make a spectical of someone who just wanted help..

@Narrlocke One thing I definitely recommend and practice is the "Wim hoff" method. It's a breathing and meditation that scientifically helps with many things. If you incorporate cold showers it is even more added health benefits!
