@sainsburys DM'd you on 2 October about not being able to book any delivery slots, you had all the details via DM. I was told someone from technical team would get back to me within 5 days its now 14 October and I still have not been able to book a delivery slot, not happy.

@sainsburys Tried that, doesn't work, tried the website as well this morning, same issue.
