@astro_anil @johnkrausphotos This is really interesting. Did you have an immersive Russian language course for several weeks? It seems challenging to me to it only learn the language but also learn all of the technical jargon!

People ask me all the time what astronaut training actually looks like day to day. So here's a sample week.
Every week is different — some weeks are heavy on sims, others on EVA prep or vehicle training. But this gives you a feel for the range: spacewalk practice, emergency scenarios, robotic arm ops, medical codes, jet flying, even Russian language. No two days are the same. And that's what makes this job incredible.

@coflorcana Some cards, including foils, were damaged on the right side (towards the top).

@coflorcana I had one box where the commons were all yellow, green, and purple. There were no commons from the other three colors. A friend had the same issue with two boxes. We bought from the same store but mine was in a different case from his.

I’ve yet to open my Winterspell product. Is the quality really as bad as I’m seeing or did a lot of people who post online just get really bad card quality?

Three days until launch! Yesterday our families arrived and we had some very welcome family time on the beach in the Florida sunshine. My daughter’s rocketry skills are on point! Let’s light this rocket! CREW-12!

Great to see both sides.
No player is entitled to having their opponent surrender and ultimately I think everyone has to accept that fact.
Conceding to prevent elimination during draws is too common now and leads to bad experiences.

Based upon information from a couple of people, as of last night NASA is still working toward the Feb. 5-11 launch window for Artemis II. A big tell will be whether NASA rolls the rocket to the pad about 10 days from now.

@Dulles_Airport I was in Denver and the airline had flights departing to DCA and IAD at the same time and the gates were beside each other. Nearly flew back to the wrong airport!
