@ABLandInstitute I am! I guess agriculture land isn’t seen as useful for recreation, maybe? Smells and dust and other challenges might prevent people from valuing agriculture land.

Research found: the closer you lived to agriculture land, the lower your home price. There wasn't huge perceived benefits to living near agriculture land. Are you surprised?

@ABLandInstitute No. I think we will see people revert back to old habits the further we go away from COVID’s end.
