Been trying to purchase tickets to @UniversalORL for the past three days. I’ve tried two different accounts, 3 different computers and the mobile app and I keep getting these messages. Not sure if the website is down or what is going on but it’s super frustrating.

Know what’s great? Having to call and see what your insurance covers on the worst day of your life & having the first rep essentially hang up on you. Bless Precious, my second rep, for her kindness & generosity in helping me figure it out. She was a blessing.
