@kbreuner Fair. I think a lot of people think that if they’ve heard of a band and even have that band’s music in their personal collection, that those band members all became mega rich.

Based on what I keep seeing, there will soon be more real estate agents than musicians in Nashville.

@jwsherrod I’m seeing a lot of artists that did make it big become real estate agents.

@kbreuner It’s true, though many of the real estate agents are also musicians who didn’t “make it big.”

@kbreuner @smalltownpoets 4 years since NWxSE’s release… I guess I’ll have to settle for the hope and teasing of new music soon. 😂 The NWxSE album was fantastic! I loved it and still in regular rotation.

@kbreuner Was genuinely surprised by how decent their own music was as well. Such a cool story that they actually started the band due to this show's creator needing a band for a scene in Outer Banks (another show he produced). To go from that to having their 'own' show on Prime is insane.

Took a chance on The Runarounds (Amazon Prime) and was pleasantly surprised. The music in it is incredible! They must have had a HUGE sync budget. Plus the music the fictitious band makes is pretty great as well. Check out the playlist: open.spotify.com/playlist/6ABI5…
