Cw: 145 ish yayayay but I’m getting more hungrier so I’ll have to increase my dosage, I also over ate for the first time in awhile due to an argument but whatever hopefully I’ll weigh less after my fast!

Cw: 147.8 > about a week in and my appetite is gone, I try to get my protein and fiber in since I don’t really crave anything yummy, I force myself to eat so I can take medication but I don’t think I’m ready to up my dose LOLL also food tastes so boring 😞
