Still all going on here. Two kids killed by a car nearby. Parents weren't given the access to the situation they felt they should have, from what I can gather. Lack of trust in policing & over emphasis on force by the police has made this more intense than it needed to be.

Stood here quietly listening to the coppers chatting and laughing as they go about their business. They're pulling out. Exhausted, I imagine, though somehow I lack sympathy given they turned my community upside down when they just needed some cordon, some patience, and empathy.

Massive riot in Ely, Cardiff, this evening after two youths died when their motorcycle was in collision with a bus. It is understood the youths were being pursued by police when the fatalities occurred.
