Chromebook logins are failing. When anyone tries to sign in to a Chromebook, the login fails with a message “Whoops, something went wrong.” I’m currently researching the issue.

Looks like the bits started flowing again this morning around 6am. Internet access in the district is restored.

Investigating internet access issues.

WOCO wants me to restart our firewall. I'll be doing that at 3:30, affecting internet access for ~10 minutes while it restarts.

I don't want to jinx it, but it appears we are back up! I'll monitor the situation and let you know what I hear from WOCO.

Update from WOCO: We hope to have our systems back online by 8:30. We are working with a technical support to fix the issue. Thanks for your patience.

Internet access in the district is currently not functional. I emailed WOCO and am waiting for a response. Since WOCO's website is also down, this could mean all of the districts with WOCO are having issues. Happy Monday! status.kcs.me for updates.

There is a problem with internet access this morning with WOCO. I'm waiting on the details, but it currently appears that there is no internet currently at school. I will pass along information as I get it.

We’re investigating internet issues at OL, the bus garages, and KMS this morning.

Internet is back!

I’m working with WOCO to find the issue. No ETA on a fix yet.

Currently Investigating a district wide network issue.

Phones are now working correctly.

The phone system is having issues with one way audio on calls (they can hear you, but you can't hear them). I have a help desk in with Perry Protech.

Google is flagging searches and making users complete a captcha to prove they are not a robot. It should clear up shortly.

WOCO has announced that the ProgressBook Suite slowness issue is resolved.

WOCO is experiencing slow down issues in the ProgressBook Suite. They are investigating the issue.
