This already exists. It is called the humanities. You can take classes (history for example) that will teach you how to do this in colleges and universities across the country. The problem is that the programs who teach this are drastically under funded, supported, and valued.

Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, He has risen. Just as He said!

Such a crazy feeling to finally hold a copy of A Failed Vision of Empire: The Collapse of Manifest Destiny, 1845-1872. @UnivNebPress did such a fine job with the cover and I couldn’t be prouder! It’s been an amazing journey and I can’t wait for you all to read it.

@rebecca_fachner The OT foretells and points to Christ. In the OT He is predicted, in the Gospels He is revealed, in Acts and the epistles He is preached and explained, and in Revelation He is expected to return in all His glory and power.

I played live team trivia (sometimes by myself) and just depended on winning to pay for my food. One time I went to Mellow Mushroom with zero dollars in my pocket and walked out with $50 left over in a gift card I won.

I am currently at a loss for words. Dr. Foster's bravery and resilience paved the way for great change at my beloved alma mater. I am happy that she lived long enough to see her name on the College of Education's building.

Autherine Lucy Foster, the first Black student at the University of Alabama, has died. She was 92. One of the greatest moments of my career so far was being able to interview her at her home in Lipscomb last month about her life. What a person. cbs42.com/alabama-news/a…
