Common misconception. Social Security isn’t going away. What goes insolvent is the trust fund, which is basically the surplus reserve built up over decades. The program itself keeps running because it’s funded by ongoing payroll taxes. The problem is without that cushion, benefits have to be cut to match what’s coming in, around 20-23% reduction. Congress could fix it tomorrow if they wanted to. They just don’t.

Unity is the answer. The truth is, most of us want the same things. To be loved. To take care of our families. To live with peace and dignity. To matter. Understand that the division of yourself and from others has been forced upon you. We have more in common than we have ever been told.
