As your State Representative for District 16, I’ve been fighting for real solutions on taxes, housing, and government accountability. But KSL won’t touch any of my actual policies or the positive results we’ve delivered for families in our district.
Instead, they completely ignore my opponent’s atrocious record as commissioner where hundreds of his own constituents showed up to oppose his property tax increases, his push for new homeless shelters, and his reckless spending that expanded the government budget and left the entire county in the negative.
This isn’t journalism. It’s election interference dressed up as “news.”

I’ve been told that illegal immigrants can’t purchase homes in Utah..
The Migration Policy Institute reports that out of the 84,000 foreign nationals without documentation living in Utah in 2019, 37% (33,000) were homeowners. Research from Illinois Wesleyan University found that 36.16% of immigrants overall in the U.S. were purchasing homes with mortgages, including both documented and undocumented immigrants.
We currently have about a 30,000 home shortfall.

Ending birthright citizenship is essential for American sovereignty. The 14th Amendment was written to protect freed slaves after the Civil War not to reward illegal immigrants with anchor babies that enable chain migration.
Most nations require at least one citizen parent. Automatic citizenship by soil location incentivizes lawbreaking, burdens taxpayers, and dilutes the meaning of citizenship.
We must choose who joins our nation not let geography decide. Time to fix it.
