@DrStephCraig I think on this one think hard about what the contract achieves. If it’s to monitor goals and growth do you have the bandwidth to keep track of and help with that? It doesn’t sound like it’s meant to be punitive but the words contract, review, appraisal might connote that.

This paper was fabulous. #Eval22 When black and brown theorists aren't included in theory taxonomies, this is the experience of 3 black women learning evaluation: "For me it's a microaggression because it says you can never ascend to the level of theorizing."
