This may not seem like a big deal, but today marks 1700 days of sobriety! In the past I used alcohol to try and ‘cope’ with my mental illness. Well, despite being very mentally unwell recently, I’ve remained sober!! 😊

@laura_laker The original concept was planned for the US where the roads are typically on a grid system with clearer junctions for the car to interpret.

@laura_laker Personally I think it will be a bit longer than that. The infrastructure needs to be updated, lane lines need to be clear for the car to pick them up. It could be useful for elderly people who still need to get about or moving around retirement complexes.

Shout out to the brilliant mental health nurse I saw today… I was feeling super restless, so she did my entire appointment outside in the sun, going for a walk around the hospital grounds! 😊
