@miwayinsurance @miwaylife I am Extremely frustrated with the handling of my third-party claim by MiWay. There have been constant delays, poor communication and no sense of urgency from the assessing team. It should not take this long to resolve a straightforward matter.

@Nedbank furthermore I have been told to wait an additional 6-9 weeks for feedback not even a full resolution. How is one supposed to survive 3 months with no access to funds???. #Nedbank #CustomerServiceFail 2/2

"@Nedbank, my account's been frozen for 3 weeks due to a fraud investigation over a simple transfer between my own accounts. No updates, no support. Debit orders bounced, rent unpaid, and I'm in overdraft. Unacceptable. Demanding resolution, fee reversals & apology. #Nedbank 1/2
