@ae_stallings I feel like without an exclamation point I'm on the verge of sounding depressed. I wrote this pantoum about the very topic!

The exclamation point used to imply shouting. Now it is capital letters that do that. Now, the exclamation point implies a certain cheerfulness or brightness of tone.
